  • Uses liquid propane

  • For best results: allow the pizza stone to heat up for at least 15 minutes on high before cooking, rotating the stone halfway through. Using an infrared temperature gun, check that the pizza stone has reached a minimum temperature of 450°F. Once you’re ready to cook, reduce heat to medium as the perfect cooking temperature is about 750°F. If using the smoker box, pre-soak the wood chips for at least 30 min before placing in the smoke infuser box.
